We have had a lot of questions concerning the use of the word "crunchy" in our "About Us" section, so I decided to add a definition of "Crunchy"
The term comes from "crunchy granola" but crunchy is a less extreme form of granola. Someone who is crunchy is aware of the earth and their effect on it. I used the word because our fabulous friend Suzi calls us crunchy all the time and so it was kinda a tribute to her!!!

No dale is not very crunchy, that part of the family is left up to Trish
