We found our kids watching too much TV and spending too much time on the computer. So Dale and I gave our kids a challenge and it has been really working great!
These are the guidelines:
More fun family time
More play dates with friends
Play OUTSIDE!
Ride your bikes everyday!
1 TV show a day, 30 min. on the computer or 30 min. of Rock Band
It has been so fun to watch our kids love the nice Texas weather right now and not even turn the tv on when they have the opportunity.
